We understand that during puzzle assembly, and occasionally during the manufacturing process of paper puzzles, pieces may get damaged or lost. We offer a piece replacement service ($7.99 + $2.00 for each additional piece) where we will personally search a new puzzle box to find the pieces you are missing. We will do this assuming we have a puzzle box here to break open!
If you feel that your new puzzle was made defective in production,
we will replace the piece at no cost to you.
What you need to do for us:
First, please look high and low for your missing piece!
Puzzle pieces are like flower seeds, they get carried away from the source by sticking to your clothes, shoes and certainly your pet. Another place to check is the plastic bag the puzzle came in. Hopefully you did not throw that away, as often pieces are stuck inside the bag. If you have an extra piece, this is a very good sign there was an issue with the bagging of your puzzle in the factory.
If you are sure you did not lose the piece, or want to purchase a replacement,
we will do our best to replace it for you after you email the following to firstname.lastname@example.org
1. Take a good picture of the whole puzzle, with the camera pointing
straight down. Do not take the picture on an angle.
2. Take another picture of the area around the missing piece, showing at least 3 or 4 pieces out from it, so we can see the exact die cut of the
pieces surrounding the missing piece.
3. Let us know if there are any extra pieces, and take pictures of them.
4. Tell us where and when you bought the puzzle.
5. Tell us the Puzzle No. listed on the outside of the box or on the print.
Please, please please....
Do not ask us to replace your piece for free if the box had been opened
previous to you assembling it, or if you have an inkling that it could
have been lost while in your presence.
We understand your frustration! But take it from us, many people email us with a missing piece complaint, only to find the piece the next day or two! And yes, they then end up sending it back to us, which we very much appreciate!
If we are not able to replace the piece, we will try next to give you a bag of new pieces.
If those are all out, we will refund you for the puzzle. Please be aware that each puzzle
is cut individually, and so the paper can shift a bit between cuts.
This means your replacement piece may be a bit off from the one you are missing.

Thank goodness this is not a huge issue, and that it is also easily fixed.
Puzzles that are tight fitting like ours tend to have more flared knobs. It goes with the territory!
We just smear Elmers (or any water based craft glue) on the edge where
the cardboard is delaminated or the art paper is lifting from the cardboard. Press it together and move on to your puzzle solving!
Repaired puzzles will be donated to an autism
support center or recreational senior center.

All packages will be shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and by the most cost effective and efficient shipping carrier available.
